Steve is largest shareholder. This has been rumored in Brokerage circles. I wouldn’t be surprised. Apple hasn’t had enough time to bring to market new products (plural), but Disney would bring a slew of new products that Apple can brand.
New “Fun” products just might = Apple buying out Disney.

I’m a big fan of the Mac Mini. The Intel Mac Mini is undoubtedly an improvement, but it costs more and has that pesky little integrated Intel graphics, a feature Apple ridiculed as recently as least year when they rolled out the original Mac Mini. Still, I’d probably get one if I were in the market for a new Mac. At a glance, the new features seem to outweigh my hangups, but only just. The new iPod HiFi claims to re-invent the home stereo, but it doesn’t even re-invent iPod speaker accessory. And it costs $350!! This is a product for the Apple nut who has everything else and his money is burning a hole in his pocket. But the creme de la creme of Apple ridiculousness is that new leather case. $100? Are you kidding me? It’s basically a leather version of the felt case that comes with your iPod for FREE. $100??!! That product is for SUCKERS. But luckily for Apple, they have no shortage of those in their customer base. |

Wouldn’t you bet this was concocted by the same people that brought you the iPod Sock. |
