I have a 25 month old who just grew out of Giggles software. Other than Sesame Street, First Steps, I can’t find any high quality software that will run on my IMAC G5 w/ Leopard OS X.

Did I overestimate the software opportunities for toddlers? I hope someone could recommend a few choices.

Hi ChompChomp,

I have not had any luck with software outside of Giggles. My 5 year old and 3 year old actually enjoy visiting websites and playing the online games there. Mostly, PBSkids.org, playhousedisney.com, and noggin.com. I create bookmarklets from Safari, copy/paste a picture of their favorite characters into the icon field and then save it for them on the dock. That way, my 3 year old who does not yet read can easily jump to the right page.

My kids have been online since they were around 2 years old so they may be appropriate.
