What I meant was, how does linux compare to traditional oses in gaming performance.

Has anyone seen the revolution controler. That looks wicked sweet. It makes me want the rev really bad. I have a bad feeling that im goin to buy both the PS3 and the Rev. To me the 360 doesnt have any truely drop dead features except you can plug in your ipod for in game tunes instead of having to import all the cds but besides that it is lackluster. |

Has anyone noticed that all of these sytems are using PowerPC chips just as Apple is getting out of the Power PC business! Soon the PS3 and XBox will be the closest thing to the current G5s that you can get! |

I want the PS3 because it will have a brand new processing system which is supposed to be very fast. I am also an RPG fan and Playstation has had a better batting average when it comes to RPGs, in my opinion. Final Fantasy is the greatest series ever created. |

I’ve read up some more, PS3 is really going to be spectacular. It’s going to have 6 straight USB ports, Linux and I believe wireless off the bat and of course the new standard, Blu-ray. xBox 360 is half-baked and being released early in attempts to snipe clients, but it’s just not prepared. |
