The people. Once I posted on a windows forum, and I was instantly mocked and cursed at for being new, even the moderators insulted me.

umm..a few other mac ones and the one on woot.com but they were all bitches so i stopped posting on there…

In general, I think it is safe to say that MOST mac forums are nicer than MOST windows forums, but that is just from my experiences.

That’s true as long as you’ve had your Mac-sanctioned frontal labotomy. I’ve posted on MDN and they are all, for the most part, douche bags. Also, my experience on Appleinsider wasn’t that great.
But this site and BYODKM.NET are very good.

Well, not all windows forums are bad, and not all mac forums are good, but I have had one horrible experience with a windows forum, and I will never post there again.

That isn’t why I think that “MOST Mac forums are nicer than MOST Windows forums”. I was making a generalization, that I noticed from posting on forums, and I mentioned 1 conflict that I had in 1 forum. I have had good experiences in windows forums too. But there are many differences that I see between Windows and Mac forums.
