can anybody help me!!!! everytime i put videos in my ipod, there is no sound!! WHY!!!!!!!

I had the same problem for a while, the problem is the encoder in iTunes. When I encoded my videos most had sound but some were left with no audio track at all but I found that a 3rd party encoder, iSquint, would encode all my videos and it even kept the audio |

Where are you getting the video’s from? Are they purchased through the iTunes Music store? |
