Bravo! An article I really enjoyed reading. Of course, every business has to make a profit and, to stay ahead of the game, a substantial one. Innovation is generally well rewarded but when things go wrong, as with the Nano cracked screens, it is important that representatives take the issue seriously and be seen to acknowledge customer’s concern. Employees must remember that the CEO of a company does not pay the wages and salaries. The only people who pay employees are customers. For a successful business, you need one objective and two rules: Objective ~ Make as much money as possible by using the two rules. Rule number one. Look after your customers or somebody else will. Rule number two. Read rule number one.
