I use MP3 players while travelling (in my hostel room, i prefer my computer). * I don't want a screen to look what song is playing all the time (especially for long lecture podcasts). * Pressing buttons for common controls is way easier than scrolling when my mp3 player is in my pocket. * Even my Nokia phone has bigger screen than nano so there is no point watching pictures on nano. * Shuffle on a lanyard is way cooler and safer (no scratches, less thefts) than nano. * I am rich enough to own a computer so I don't need to install linux on my nano :D.
