how about dialing phone numbers from calendar appointments!?! I'm sure it's not that hard to do the data detection on the phone number and allow you to launch the phone app and dial just by tapping on a phone number. Bonus points for detecting conference dial-in codes and enabling you to send those after the number is dialed.
