What are we supposed to gather from that? "Regardless, I expected folks within the Apple realm to be of help, rather than be righteous and condescending." You might have received more helpful comments if your original post wasn't righteous and condescending. Don't throw blame at things unless you're a little more familiar with what you're working with.
