Description

The Personal LaserWriter 300 used the QuickDraw interpreter and communicated through a serial port.  It could produce up to four pages a minute at a DPI of 300.  The maximum RAM was .5MB

History

Introduced at the same time as the more advanced LaserWriter Select line, the Personal LaserWriter 300 lacked a CPU and had limited communication options.  However, it did provide relatively high print quality and decent speed at an affordable price.
