Click Components

Description

Here we can see the components responsible for the “click”. When depressed, the white plastic peg molded into the shell of the mouse is pushed downward, where it comes into contact with the tiny grey button that actually activates the click. This button (at the tip of the razor blade) is designed with high resistance to provide the physical and audible “click” feedback. Note how the click mechanism is not centered, but located on the left side of the mouse assembly to favor the left click. The highly trained finger should feel slightly more resistance on the right click.
