Backup has been nothing but trouble for me. First, there's the intermittent errors because of problems with the server, the catalog, or something else. At least once a week I've had to futz around for 15-30 minutes (minimum) to get Backup to, well, backup. Then -- as you point out -- Backup 3.0 doesn't offer full backups by default. I've got a 30MB 4th Dimension database file that I need backed up daily; between it and a 16MB Quickbooks file that get changed daily, as well as all the other files, I have to manually create a full backup every four or five days. And there's the apparent inability of Backup to work with a Home folder that's been moved to another volume. Since I moved my Home folder last week, I haven't even been able to launch Backup. All of which are leading me to find a reliable, online backup solution. Suggestions welcome.
