MacBook… what else could it have been?

Ok. Heaps people don’t like the MacBook name but NO ONE has been able to suggest anything better. So lets hear your suggestions. Only two criteria:

1) Must contain the word “Mac”
2) Must make it obvious the product is a notebook/laptop

  • The previous PowerBook, nor the iBook has “Mac” in it, so I’m not sure why it needs to be in the new name.

    I would have called it the Apple ProBook.

  • The Powerbook 100 was the first laptop? There’s quite a bit of history in the name and I’d have loved to have seen it continue. Alas, some things are not meant to last.
