  • LOL - Good luck w/ your future articles. London eh, I used to live there before I moved across the pond. I miss the take out food so bad - Mate, that was something you guys had mastered. The Chinese take out options were amazing. Half Pork Fried Rice & Half Chicken Fried Rice w/ Chili Sauce - mmm..... & Some of those gyro joints, I think one was called Taza or something...sighs.. I still remember landing in Heathrow for the first time at 15 years of age and making my way into the city. I walked into a phone booth and thought I walked into heaven. Needless to say I spent a longggg time admiring the wonderful collage of artwork that decorated that phone booth ;) Tom

  • Also, you gave credit to Yahoo! for a half assed implementation of video chat and without any real updates for the mac platform. I am hoping Skype releases its video chat client for OS X soon. Tom

  • Yes, the live spell checker is also a part of OS X. I use it with Safari and VoodooPad as well. Tom

  • Macster2: Don't know about that. It is all a matter of platform. If you decide to make inappropriate jokes with your friends in private that is your prerogative. But this article is exposed to a bigger crowd - therefore, it is and should be accountable to a higher standard. And, no - people don't always tell jokes to make others laugh - Sometimes it is to hurt or insult the person that joke is directed at. Yes, society is difficult and blah blah - but let this slide and let some more slide and it becomes a slippery slope. Tom
  • I have the Shure E2C's and the foam set works perfectly for me - including the gym and on the treadmill. They stay put and don't come out. Yes, wearing them at first is a bit tricky since you have to insert it a bit deeper than you would normally. This is a matter of getting used to it. Also, these types of reviews rarely add any real value. The fact that our ears are all very different means a poor fit for you does not mean a poor fit for others. The sound is excellent. I highly recommend it. Best, Tom P.S. To get a good fit, pull up on your ears as you insert it. If you are using the foam set, then after you squeeze and insert hold it for awhile till the foam expands and forms the seal.

  • Darcy, Nice picture to choose. Perhaps, a picture of one of the slums of India would be more apt? Maybe some cows walking around? Yeah, that is much better. Tell me, what does a woman in some stage of undress have anything to with this article? Is this some psych 101 tactic? Me thinks, Darcy is playing mind games. T
